We specialize in full-scale renovations of luxury properties, overseeing highly complex projects with a bespoke, detail-driven approach.
Our current works are underway in some of the most exclusive locations in Italy, including Capri, Ischia, Porto Cervo, Rome, Naples, alongside Milan itself.
While deeply rooted in Italy, Architude operates with an international outlook, personally managing projects on site worldwide. This hands-on presence ensures full control over every phase of the process, from concept to completion, guaranteeing coherence, quality, and architectural integrity across borders.
Today, Architude collaborates with a team of 10 architects, whose expertise ranges from interior design to high-end 3D rendering and visual development.

Product design is conceived as the pursuit of uniqueness and functionality, expressed through distinctive objects and the creation of custom-made furniture.
Interior layouts are developed by shaping spaces around the client’s needs and optimizing the full potential of each apartment in relation to the available square footage.
We work alongside several luxury brands in the design and development of their retail stores, supporting them throughout the process and assisting in their relationships with shareholders.
We coordinate external professionals, contractors, and specialized trades with the aim of achieving a flawless final result.
For commercial spaces, project management can also be carried out remotely, ensuring efficiency and continuity regardless of location.
The studio is open to diverse challenges and ever-evolving themes, approaching each project as an opportunity to explore new ideas and languages.
Our core activities include concept creation, custom-made furniture design, interior architecture, and store planning for leading luxury brands. We oversee the development of the project in every detail, from the initial vision to its concrete realization, providing art direction and on-site construction management to ensure consistency, quality, and full control throughout the entire process.
Founder
Davide Agrati graduated from the Politecnico di Milano in 2000, with a thesis developed in collaboration with the University of Seville, and became a partner at CLS Architetti in 2005.
From the very beginning of his career, his work has focused on the development of architecture across a wide range of contexts, including private residences, showrooms, retail spaces, installations, and new-build projects.
He has also been closely involved in the development of furniture collections, overseeing their design and evolution.
Founder
Beatrice Chiapponi graduated from the Politecnico di Milano in 2015, with a thesis developed in collaboration with the Universidad de Madrid.
Over the years, she has collaborated with the Spanish firm MAB Architettura at its Milan office, as well as with CLS Architetti.
Her work has focused on private residential projects and retail design, following each project from preliminary design through to the execution of all construction phases.
